At ETB we’re confident in our testing procedures and the quality of the items we sell. For this reason we offer robust warranties on all orders. Everything apart from batteries and some clearance items are supplied with a minimum of 1-year warranty included, however the majority of our product range comes with a 3-year standard warranty. We also offer the opportunity for you to upgrade your warranty to include onsite technical support.
UK next day delivery as standard and worldwide shipping available. Orders placed before 2pm which require no configuration will ship that day. For items requiring configuration or additional testing please allow an extra 24 hours. All orders are sent on fully tracked services and our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

My order has arrived damaged
If your order has arrived with damage to the packaging please contact us straight away. If you are asked to sign for the parcel ask the driver to mark this as damaged.
You can call +44 (0)1556 610167, email [email protected] or use our LiveChat option on the website to report a damaged order. We’ll normally ask for photos of the packaging and any damaged products to allow us to pursue this with the courier.
Where is my order?
The tracking information above shows the most up to date status of your delivery. Where available it will also indicate an expected date of delivery. If we become aware of any delays our customer service team will keep you informed. Orders which are shipping outside of the UK will need to be processed by customs and the courier may contact you directly if further information is needed at this stage.
Who will deliver my order?
We use a number of couriers to ship orders worldwide including Fedex, TNT, DHL and pallet freight services. The tracking screen above indicates which courier is delivering your order. In some locations the parcel may be handed to a local distribution agent for final delivery.
