Gen 1 Models

The Gen 1 PowerStore models consist of the 1000T, 3000T, 5000T, 7000T, and 9000T, with differences primarily in their processing power, memory, and number of cache drives.

The 1000T and 3000T have 2 NVRAM drives, while the 5000T, 7000T, and 9000T have 4. The maximum number of block volumes/clones varies across the models with 2000 being the lowest on the 1000T and 16,000 being the highest on the 9000T.

The PowerStore 1000T has 384GB of memory, four CPUs with eight cores each, running at 1.8GHz.

The PowerStore 3000T features 768GB of memory, four CPUs with twelve cores each, running at 2.1GHz.

The PowerStore 5000T offers 1152GB of memory, four CPUs with sixteen cores each, running at 2.1GHz.

The PowerStore 7000T includes 1536GB of memory, four CPUs with twenty cores each, running at 2.4GHz.
