How to return unwanted items
You can return any item to us within 14 days from the date of order.
Items must be returned in the original packaging at your cost
Email [email protected] for an RMA number (giving invoice or order number, item details and serial numbers and reason for return)
Write this number clearly on the outside of the package
Return using recorded post or courier to:
ETB Technologies Ltd (RMA), Edingham Industrial Estate, Dalbeattie, Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland DG5 4NA
What happens next?
- Exchanges will normally be sent out the same day that we receive your returned item.
- Refunds and credit notes may take up to 7 days for goods to be inspected and tested.
- Please note that returning items without an RMA number will delay the process and we are not responsible for returned goods until they are received by us.
- Goods damaged in transit will be replaced. If you received a damaged shipment:
- Indicate this when signing for the package with the courier
- Check the contents immediately
- Notify us of any damage within 24 hours
- Please check your order straight away, and if it is incorrect in any way please let us know so we can put things right as soon as possible.
- We cannot take responsibility for incorrect orders if they are not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Goods bought for resale are not eligible for return. We may authorise a return in certain cases and reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee (minimum charge £25) in this case.
