We engage service providers or partners to manage or support certain aspects of our business operations on our behalf. These service providers or partners may provide services such as credit card processing and fraud management services, human resources consultancy, product delivery, advertising and marketing activities (including digital and personalised advertising), IT services, debt collection and management or support of ETB Technologies Limited website. Our service providers and partners are required by contract to safeguard any personal data they receive from us and are prohibited from using the personal data for any purpose other than to perform the services as instructed by ETB Technologies Limited. For how long does ETB Technologies Limited keep data?

If your application for employment is unsuccessful, ETB Technologies Limited will hold your data on file for 6 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. After this period your data will be deleted or destroyed.

If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
