We are so confident you won't find a better deal on like for like items that we have introduced our Price Match Promise.

If you see the same product at one of our UK competitors at a cheaper price than us, then we will match it.

Our price match promise is simple: If you find the same product being sold by a UK competitor for less, we will match that price.

Just follow these three simple steps:
1: Get the name, part number or link for the product on our website
2: Get a link to the same product on our competitor’s website
3: Contact us via phone, email or live chat to get your price match

Once we confirm the competitor’s price is lower than ours, we will match it straight away.

Terms:
The product must be identical to the product on our site www.etb-tech.com including spec, condition and warranty.
1: The product must be on sale on a direct competitor’s website. Auction / shopping sites such as eBay and Amazon are excluded from this offer.
2: The product must be in stock and available for delivery within the same time frame.
3: Price match is only valid on the day of order and must be verified by our sales team.
4: Price match replaces any other discounts, discount codes or special offers.
5: We cannot offer price match on products purchased using finance.
6: Trade and & Reseller customers are excluded.

Note: The Price Match Promise is carried out at the discretion of ETB Technologies. We reserve the right to decline, alter or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time.
