Warranty

At ETB we’re confident in our testing procedures and the quality of the items we sell. For this reason we offer robust warranties on all orders. Everything apart from batteries and some clearance items are supplied with a minimum of 1-year warranty included, however the majority of our product range comes with a 3-year standard warranty.
We also offer the opportunity for you to upgrade your warranty to include onsite technical support.

Delivery

UK next day delivery as standard and worldwide shipping available. Orders placed before 2pm which require no configuration will ship that day. For items requiring configuration or additional testing please allow an extra 24 hours. All orders are sent on fully tracked services and our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

UK VAT for International Customers

There are no UK VAT or duty charges added to your order for goods supplied to our International customers. All international customers shop UK-Tax & Duty free.

Local VAT & Customs Duties for International Customers

Orders may be subject to local import charges by your country at the time of import. Normally the delivery courier will collect the VAT/Tax charges prior to delivery or via invoice depending on your business arrangement. Businesses who are VAT/Tax registered in that country will be able to reclaim this through their normal procedure.

Some goods may be subject to tariffs on arrival at US customs. We can provide information on country of origin for any of our products prior to sale, if required. Orders may be subject to local import charges by your country at the time on import. Other countries may incur custom duty charges at the point of import. We can give specific advice if this applies to your order. Normally the delivery courier will collect the import VAT/Tax charges prior to delivery or via invoice depending on your business arrangement. Businesses who are VAT/Tax registered in that country may be able to reclaim this through their normal procedure.

Customs Clearance Fees - EU

Customs clearance fees are set by the courier or the broker who is processing the goods through customs. This usually around 2.5% of the VAT/Tax value of the order or 15 Euros whichever is higher.

Business Registration Numbers

We ask EU customers to supply their EORI number during the checkout process on the website. This is used to track shipments in and out of the EU and will help to process your order at customs. We recommend you apply for an EORI number through your local tax authority before placing your order.

We ask customers to supply their EIN number during the checkout process on the website. This is required by US customs to process your import. Individual purchasers may be asked for their SSN instead.

If the destination country for your order requires additional business information for customs we will request this prior to shipping your order. You can supply this information to us at the point of order if you already have it.

Export Paperwork

ETB Technologies will supply all the relevant export paperwork for your order, based on what you order and using the information you provide. It’s important to ensure we have accurate business contact details and shipping address to avoid any delays in processing.

Warranty and Returns

All products are supplied with warranty included no matter where you are based. Our standard warranty and returns terms apply to all international orders and we will do all we can to expedite warranty claims for our international customers.
