At ETB we’re confident in our testing procedures and the quality of the items we sell. For this reason we offer robust warranties on all orders. Everything apart from batteries and some clearance items are supplied with a minimum of 1-year warranty included, however the majority of our product range comes with a 3-year standard warranty.
We also offer the opportunity for you to upgrade your warranty to include onsite technical support.

UK next day delivery as standard and worldwide shipping available. Orders placed before 2pm which require no configuration will ship that day. For items requiring configuration or additional testing please allow an extra 24 hours. I joined ETB in 2019 but only became a part of the networking team a year ago. The networking team has gone from strength to strength in recent years. Since we opened our dedicated networking workshop in late 2021, we have increased the space we have to work in and the volume of network switches that come into the team to be refurbished and shipped to our customers.

What does the networking team do?

When a switch comes into the team, we will test it and ensure the specs match the packaging. We’ll then conduct any relevant updates to the product before it is ready to move to the warehouse. By the time products leaves our workshop, customers can be assured that they are fit for immediate use.

We stock a wide range of networking equipment, including Arista, Brocade, Cisco, Dell, and Juniper, to suit a wide range of needs and budgets.

What sets ETB’s networking team apart from other similar teams?

The quality of service that the team provides is second to none. We make sure that the testing we do is rigorous on every single switch that comes into the workshop. This means we can guarantee our customers transparency on the networking hardware they’re buying.

When we opened the networking workshop, we put a lot of time into looking at how the team worked so we could build the optimum set up to maximise productivity. This has paid off, as the team has been able to increase shipping on networking equipment by 107% over the last four years.

We have put the work in to make sure that it’s easier than ever for our customers to identify the right switch for them. To help find the switch that is right for a business, we created the ETB Switch Finder. Organisations can select the filters to match their requirements – and the tool can find the right switch for the job.

Keeping ahead of the curve

In setting ourselves apart from others in the sector, we encourage the team to undertake continuous training. Whether it is Comp TIA Network+ training or internal training programmes created by the ETB team, if any of the guys want to take an extra step in developing their knowledge, the company is behind them 100%.
