But we don’t just rely on selling best-in-class kit to keep our customers happy. Every part of our business is responsible for exemplary service – from our warehouse to engineering teams – and we strive to provide quality at every stage of the customer journey. When we spot something which isn’t working, we swiftly change it to make it work better.

We’re also proud to continually invest in improving our service. In the last two years, this has seen us relaunch our website and streamline the online order process – making it easier for customers to do anything from purchasing a hard drive, scaling storage requirements or configuring a server to suit their business needs.

In that same period, we’ve also doubled the size of our customer service team, allowing us to answer more questions, resolve issues quicker and ultimately ensure every one of our customers is happy with their purchase. All our customer service agents go through extensive training, so you will always be able to directly speak with someone with extensive product knowledge and won’t have to be passed from department to department to get your question answered.

Of course, we also recognise that sometimes things just go wrong and, whilst all our products are thoroughly tested by our fully qualified engineering team, customers can rest assured that everything we sell is covered by a warranty which includes technical support. If an issue occurs, we make every effort to diagnose issues remotely and replace the required parts, helping to save our customers’ valuable time and money by removing the need to return the item.
