Customs	Since 1st January 2021 EU customers will no longer be charged UK VAT by ETB instead local VAT will be collected by the courier on behalf the relevant authorities in your country. There will also be a small customs processing fee payable to the courier upon delivery of your order. Our standard shipping terms are DAP, our team are able to advise on this if required. If you have an EORI number please supply that at point of order to assist with customs processing. There are no duties applicable to products purchased from ETB.
