Warranty

At ETB we’re confident in our testing procedures and the quality of the items we sell. For this reason we offer robust warranties on all orders. Everything apart from batteries and some clearance items are supplied with a minimum of 1-year warranty included, however the majority of our product range comes with a 3-year standard warranty.
We also offer the opportunity for you to upgrade your warranty to include onsite technical support.

UK next day delivery as standard and worldwide shipping available. Orders placed before 2pm which require no configuration will ship that day. For items requiring configuration or additional testing please allow an extra 24 hours. All orders are sent on fully tracked services and our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Christmas Delivery information

We will continue to ship with UPS, FedEx and DHL over the festive period. Our couriers may operate an amended delivery schedule, but we will continue to provide full tracking details for all orders. Orders must be placed by 11am on the 27th and 30th December for same day shipping. No orders will be shipped on December 31st.

Our team will be happy to advise on estimated delivery times when you place your order. If you have an urgent delivery request, please contact us directly for assistance.

Next Business Day Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on a next business day service with a courier. You will receive tracking information via email.
Next Business Day - Timed Service You can upgrade to a timed service for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
Saturday service For orders placed before 2pm on a Friday you can upgrade to a Saturday delivery service for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
Pallet Freight Larger orders may need to be shipped as pallet freight. Our team will contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.
Delivery Costs UK delivery starts from £7. The exact delivery cost will be calculated during checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Configured Orders Any items which are being configured to order require an extra 24 hours to build and test prior to shipping. You will receive an update once your order is confirmed.
Restrictions Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed to Northern Ireland, offshore islands and some parts of Northern Scotland.

Additional Delivery information

ETB Technologies uses tracked and insured delivery services for our UK and international shipments. Smaller orders will be sent via FedEx or DHL and larger items will be shipped with a pallet courier service. Our team will be happy to give further advise on our shipping services on request.
We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping.
