COVID-19 ETB Operations Update
In light of the developing situation around COVID-19 we have taken steps to follow UK Government guidelines, and help combat the spread of the virus.
The majority of our staff are now working from home and are available on all usual channels. We also have a skeleton staff of engineers and warehouse operatives on site to fulfil and ship orders to our customers that are performing key roles such as datacentres, IT and comms providers and those businesses needing to manage their infrastructure and capacity to enable remote working.
Please understand that whilst our teams are working their very hardest to fulfil your orders, delays should be expected. Our team of account managers will keep you updated on the progress of your orders and are available to answer any questions you may have.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will update our website and social media channels with any changes.
We have been advised that there are shipping restrictions to certain regions within the following countries:
- Czech Republic
There may be some shipping delays to all international packages, we will continue to provide tracking numbers for all orders. Our account managers will make you aware of any known delays at the point of order where possible.

ETB Technologies use a courier delivery service for UK and international parcels, and a pallet courier service for large and heavy items.
Our shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping basket prior to checkout.
UK Orders placed before 2pm and that require no pre-shipping configuration are usually delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays), orders that require pre-shipping build and configuration such as Servers and Storage Arrays can take an extra 24hrs.
Our standard UK delivery is via Fedex on a "Next Business Day" Service (goods shipped on Friday are delivered on the following Monday)
Europe & Worldwide is via Fedex and varies by country, please contact us if you require an estimate of shipping times.
- We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out with our control.
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands and some parts of northern Scotland may take longer to arrive than mainland UK.
- We deliver to a large number of countries throughout the world using the same courier services. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which the customer shall be liable for.
