Everything apart from batteries and some clearance items are supplied with a minimum of 1-year warranty included, however the majority of our product range comes with a 3-year standard warranty.
We also offer the opportunity for you to upgrade your warranty to include onsite technical support.



UK next day delivery as standard and worldwide shipping available. Orders placed before 2pm which require no configuration will ship that day. For items requiring configuration or additional testing please allow an extra 24 hours. All orders are sent on fully tracked services and our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Sales Advisor

As an E-Commerce Account Executive, you will be the face of ETB Technologies. You will provide outstanding service to all our customers ensuring that orders are processed promptly and accurately. You’ll have support of an established sales team, and will begin your role by learning how to process online quotes, orders and queries in line with established protocols. When fluent in performing these core tasks, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads from numerous channels of communication, including email, Live Chat, telephone and our own website where you will be expected to produce strong quotes and offerings to customers that are in-line with their requirements. In addition to handling inbound leads, you will adopt a proactive account management approach to develop positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat custom. You will work towards sales targets and will be measured against key performance metrics and will be expected to deal with your quotes, and orders in-line with company SLA’s. You will need to be able to work by yourself and take ownership of any issues and be confident in resolving these in friendly manner.

A successful E-commerce Account Executive would be expected to progress to the role of Junior Account Executive within 1-2 years.

Day to day, you will be:
• Responding to customer and colleague enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.
• Taking ownership of customers issues and providing swift personal solutions.
• Provide advice, guidance and support to customers to identify their requirements and ensure that sales quotes/offerings are strong, accurate and in-line with customer’s needs.
• Assisting customers with presales and aftersales queries via phone, email or livechat.
• Assisting product and marketing teams by providing them with relevant information with regards to price checking and competitor analysis.
• Provide and follow up sales quotes within Service Level Agreement (SLA)s set by the Sales Manager.
• Negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Coordinating customer payments.
• Accurately completing sales quote and sales order administration.
• Attending business events as a representative of ETB Technologies.
• Managing customer information in line with GDPR regulations.
• Maintaining and growing your product knowledge through regular research.
• Ensure all relevant information relating to contacts, customers, quotes and orders is accurate and regularly checked/updated in our systems (CRM/NAV)
• Liaising with customers.
• Travelling when required for occasional business purposes.
Your skills & qualities:
• Hands on experience of sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience would be beneficial.
• An aptitude for technical products, particularly IT.
• IT literate and confident across most MS packages and are keen to learn and keep pace with our technology development.
• Proficient keyboard skills and ability to input data accurately and with excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload to deal with different customer requests simultaneously.
• Ability to positively represent ETB Technologies and are committed to delivering outstanding levels of customer service.
• Excellent phone manner
• Being fluent in a foreign language would beneficial and subject to salary negotiation.

Hours of work:
We operate within office hours, you will be expected to work 40 hours per week on the basis of 09.00-17.30 or 08.30-17.00.

Danielle Benson

Finance Assistant

Danielle has been with ETB since 2015 and is part of the finance team. Her role involves ensuring all payments in are reconciled and that customer accounts are kept up to date. The finance team need to liaise with many other departments to ensure that payment processing does not delay any orders in or out.

Danielle said, “I like that every day is different in my job and enjoy feeling like part of a team.”

Mark Foster

Sales Account Manager

One of our longest serving team members, Mark started with ETB in 2005. As a sales account manager he is responsible to dealing with customer sales enquiries and ensuring that we are providing the best solutions for every enquiry. This can range from helping a customer buy a compatible hard drive for their home set up to configuring multiple servers for international businesses.

Mark said, “There is a great atmosphere in the office, we have good banter and every customer request is different which keeps us on our toes. I think the quality of hardware we supply is second to none and we have a really knowledgeable sales team which keeps our customers coming back.”

Sam Whitelaw

Warehouse & Shipping Team Leader

Sam started at ETB in 2013 as part of our warehouse and shipping team and has recently been promoted to Team Leader. Sam is involved in all aspects of shipping including dispatching orders to customers, arranging collections, and dealing with inbound goods. He works closely with sales and purchasing to ensure goods move in and out of the warehouse efficiently.

Sam said, “I enjoy the fact that everyone works really hard at ETB but it’s done in a very relaxed environment which makes everyone comfortable to share ideas and ask for help when needed. I think our attention to detail when shipping products really enhances the customer experience.”

Tony Hutchinson

Website Support

Tony joined us in 2014 and looks after the technical side of our ecommerce website. He is closely involved in designing, developing and testing updates & features to the site as well as creating reports and analysing data. Tony also assists with our social media pages and email marketing making sure our branding is applied consistently across all media.

Tony said, “I like the friendly atmosphere at ETB amongst the staff, everyone works well together to get things done. I think customers like us for our fantastic customer service and ability to get products to them incredibly quickly.”
