Ordering Information
We minimise our running and administration costs to provide you with equipment at the lowest possible price. Shipping costs (see below for guidance) and VAT at the current UK rate (for UK customers and non-VAT registered EU customers) will be added to the final price. To place an order, either:

Payment Methods
We can currently take payment by the following methods:
- Paypal: Ask for our paypal user ID
- Credit card: We accept credit and debit cards via our secure online server or over the telephone. We will only ship goods to the registered address of the credit card.
- Bank transfer: Ask for our bank details.
- Cheque: Payable to ETB Technologies Ltd at Unit 3 Biggar Mill, Port Road, Dalbeattie, Kirkcudbrightshire, DG5 4AZ

Product Classifications
The equipment we sell may be new, ‘as new' or used. All equipment will come with either the manufacturers warranty or ETB warranty. Please refer to individual product specifications as warranty will vary from product to product.
New Equipment:
- Sealed box, as delivered by the manufacturer.
‘As New' Equipment:
- This is largely manufacturers excess stock, resellers liquidated stock or end-of-line.
Used equipment:
- This largely originates from liquidated companies or end-of-lease returns.
- Everything is thoroughly tested by our qualified engineers.

Shipping
We do not make a profit on shipping : for the fifth year running, our accountant-prepared figures for 2006-2007 show a small loss on what we charged our customers and what the materials, packaging and shipping actually cost us.
- We are not fixed to using one particular carrier.
- We hold accounts with four major parcel/freight carriers.
- We hold an account with a pallet shipping network.
- We also use the Royal Mail for some smaller items.
- However we send your item, it will always require a signature on delivery .
- We choose the method of shipping carefully, based on the item size, weight, value and destination to give you the best value, safest delivery.

UK
Small Parcels (up to 2kg):
- Courier or Royal Mail
- Typically £4 to £10
Larger Parcels (2 to 30kg) :
- Usually via courier
- Typically £12 to £20, depending on weight
- Prices will be higher to Northern Ireland, highlands and islands
Pallets:
- Smaller pallets (up to 70kg) via courier, typically £25 to £45
- Full-size pallets via pallet-shipping network, typically £65 per pallet
- Prices will be higher to Northern Ireland, highlands and islands

Europe
Please note that volumetric weight of consignments may be important for international consignments. It is very difficult for us to produce an adequately protected package with a volumetric weight below 2kg.
Small Parcels (up to 2kg) :
- Courier or Royal Mail/National Postal services
- Typically £8 to £15
Larger Parcels (2 to 30kg) :
- Via courier
- Typically £25 to £55, economy service, depending on weight/destination
- Express services also available, typically £50 to £120
Pallets:
- Smaller pallets (up to 70kg) via courier, typically £35 to £105
- Full-size pallets via pallet-shipping network, typically £120 to £350 per pallet

Worldwide
Please note that volumetric weight of consignments may be important for international consignments. It is very difficult for us to produce an adequately protected package with a volumetric weight below 2kg.

- Airmail typically £12 - £27 to USA.
Larger Parcels (2 to 30kg) :
- Via courier

- 5kg - £47 to USA.
- 10kg - £65 to USA.
- 20kg - £85 to USA.
